By booking a service with Spotless Detailing 509, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms outline our responsibilities, your responsibilities, and limitations of liability.
2. Services
We provide car detailing services as described on our website. Specific results may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed on our Pricing Page. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, or other conditions not disclosed at booking.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
5. Liability
Spotless Detailing 509 will take the utmost care with your vehicle. However, we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Items left inside the vehicle
- Damage resulting from undisclosed issues (such as faulty parts or paint conditions)
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers should remove personal belongings before service. Spotless Detailing 509 is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
